We want to ensure that the thermal printer prints at your workstation. Please follow these steps to make sure that the right paper is being used:
1. Make sure that you have the paper seated properly and the roll is inserted with the end coming out of the button, not the top.
2. Make sure that it is thermal paper and NOT regular calculator paper. (Scratching the surface of the paper, black lines will appear if it is thermal paper)
