    CDP E-Teller isn't launching

    CDP E-Teller isn't launching.

    First check to make sure the receiver is getting data.  To do this right click on the icon in the system tray.  

    Choose open.  If connections and data received is greater than 0, then you will want to contact CDP at 800-869-0493 option 1.  If it stays at 0 you will want to make sure that the windows firewall is not blocking the application. If it is add an exception for the CDPReceiverETeller.  If it is not blocking the application, then you will want to contact your data processor as there is most likely an issue with the print queue.
