    **Cruise clients only** "Receipt printer is in use. Please confirm this printer is available."

    When trying to print from Cruise and receive this message:

    **Write down the printer name**

    In the example C24_CDPT10 is the printer name

     

    -In Cruise go to Setup>paramenters

     

    -An options button should appear, click the down arrow next to it and select parameters

     

     

    -A parameters button should appear next to the options now, select the down arrow and choose printer/workstation setup

     

    -A printer/workstation setup button should appear next to parameters now, select the down arrow and choose printer names(step 2)

     

    -Scroll through the printer ID list and find the printer name that was in the error message and select it

    -Select Edit

    -Next to: Printer in use status: click the yes and it should drop down a list, select No

     

     

    Select Save changes
