If you get the message that CDP ScanID is already running, this means that CDP ScanID is already open, but is appearing off the screen
To get to be visible again, perform the following steps:
- Right click the ScanID icon in the taskbar.
- Click Move (if Move does not appear as an option, you may need to hold down the Shift key before right-clicking)
- Push right arrow on keyboard
- Jiggle your mouse to move the window to the front of the desktop accordingly
