    Locked Document Error

    If you get the error: "The document is being updated by <username>, please try again later" then that user has that document out for signing via Websign. That document will not be editable again unless the document's signing is cancelled in Websign.

     

    If the error reads: "The document is being updated by <IP address>, please try again later" then that document may be already open on the PC whose IP is given. If you find that that document is not open, do the following:

     

    Tools>Login>Password is carswell>Tools again>Pending Document Locks

    -Select the document in the list and select the unlock button in the bottom left
