If you receive this error:
Verify the correct scanner is selected in CDP Manage. To do this go to Document > Select Scanner
A list of sources will appear. Click on the appropriate one and choose Select.
Make sure you select the TWAIN option and not a WIA option if available
Now close and reopen CDP Manage. The program will now automatically default to this scanner.
