If you are getting this error:
Please try re-scanning the document at 200 dpi, black & white. Licenses can be scanned in gray-scale.
If you do not have the documents to re-scan you could also print to the CDP Manage Virtual Printer. To do this, hit the Print button in Manage and select the Virtual Printer in the Printer drop-down menu. This will automatically re-print the documents to Manage using the correct settings and you now should be able to save. You then can delete the old documents from Manage by searching under Pending documents.
