    Print Appears Hazy/Greyish

    Toner may be accumulating on the rollers

    Note: Do not attempt to clean or touch the green/blue roller.

    1. Check to make sure your toner cartridge is not spilling toner in the printer.
    2. Clean the dirty rollers with a dry, lint free cloth
    3. Once all visible toner is removed, wipe lightly with a damp cloth and allow to dry
    4. Once dry, print several test pages
